For example, our Close the Loop feature ensures vendors are notified when a potential client has selected someone else, eliminating the uncertainty that comes when a vendor doesn't hear back.

We've introduced recognition features, including a "Popular with Couples" badge, to help high-performing vendors stand out. We actively encourage vendors to include pricing details on their storefronts, as transparency on pricing improves both couple confidence and vendor visibility. 

Vendors can view, adjust, or cancel their contracts directly through their WeddingPro dashboard in accordance with their contract terms. Vendors with questions about their specific agreement are encouraged to contact our support team, who can walk them through their options.

We take several steps to maintain the quality of vendors listed across all of our global brands, including through account onboarding which requires vendors to provide basic business information, couple reviews to give you an honest picture of their work and responsiveness, and reporting tools if a vendor behaves inappropriately or misrepresents their services. Our team reviews complaints and concerns, and takes action where warranted.

To leave a review, couples must create an account. Our automated systems also screen all reviews for potential fake or irrelevant content before they're published.
